2. Come to the Location
During the day of the shoot we will meet at the location of the shoot, where we will take your portraits & headshots.
3. Select your favourites
When we are done we will go over the images together. You will also receive all images in your inbox, which makes it easy to make your choice at home as well.
4. Delivery
From the moment you have made your final selection I need up to 5 business days to deliver you the final retouched images.
Business Portrait Session
This session is perfect for business people or entrepreneurs who are looking for an updated headshot for LinkedIn along with some general use portraits. I will come to your office or any other location we agree upon. You can also come to the studio, if available.

This session takes 60 minutes, out of which at least 35 min in front of the camera. This is more than enough to have you go home with a great headshot and variety of other portraits. Perfect for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

A session tailored to people building their personal brand. We take our time to capture a wide range of portraits in different settings that truly show who you are and what it is you do. I will come to your office or any other location we agree upon. You can also come to the studio, if available.

Why choose The Headshot lab in Stockholm?
Truth of the matter is; Photography is all about taste. And just like with for example ice cream, there are a lot of flavours to choose from. I always suggest you compare styles and choose a photographer that portrays people like you wish to be portrayed. My extensive experience, education, and proven coaching technique will however ensure you'll come away with a fantastic headshot if you were to choose me.
A headshot or a portrait, what is the difference?
There are some similarities between the two. In basic terms, a headshot is a professionally captured portrait that emphasizes the face and shoulders. I will deliver these in my square, signature, format.
In our interconnected world, a contemporary headshot is valuable for individuals seeking to promote themselves in a professional context.
Where are you located?
I cover the entire greater Stockholm area. My studio is mobile and therefor I can guarantee the same quality in every situation. This means I would be happy to come to your offices at no expense for half day or full day bookings. Private customers are welcome to my studio or I can come to you, a fee of 2500:- SEK will be added to the invoice.
How do I choose and receive my images?
After our session we will sit down and quickly go over the shots together. During our session I will select images on an ongoing basis, a final selection made together with you will end up on your personal online gallery on which you can select your images from the comfort of your couch :-)!
After you have made your selection in your online gallery I will deliver your retouched images within a week (5 business days) via the same portal where you will have a separate folder with dowloadable images in both low and high resolution jpegs as well as TIFF format if requested.
How do I know I will be satisfied with the result?
During our session my camera will be connected to the computer which will allow us to look at the images as we go trough our session. This way we can pivot if the result is not satisfying and you will have the confidence that you will come away with something great.
Who owns the photos we create together?
As the photographer, I hold the rights to the images, while you possess a license for use. This means you can use them within reasonable limits, but there are restrictions. You cannot sell them, pass them off as your own, use them for advertising, or publish them without my approval. I have the right to use my work for advertising, competitions, and exhibitions.
How much does a session cost?
All of my sessions and packages are listed above, if you have a specific request or a larger group of people you want to have photographed please contact me at wouter@theheadshotlab.com and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
What gear do you use?
My camera of choice is the Leica SL 2S, a full frame camera with fantastic image quality. This camera creates stunning images in combination with the quality lenses I pair them with.
For lighting I use bi-colour LED lights or a strobe and I shoot my portraits against hand-painted canvas backgrounds!
All my analogue work is done on a Hasselblad 503CW or a large format view camera by Chamonix.
Can you come to me/us instead?
Yes, it is not a problem for me to come to you. For all packages except for the team package this will be added cost of 2500:- sek and I will need about 30 mins before the session starts to set up my portable studio in your home or office.
